This is Ann Jacob's Home page.I'm 20 year old Manglorean-Keralite from Hyderabad, studying in Mysore,Karnataka,India.I'm a student of environmental engineering in Sri Jayachamarajendra college of engineering.Mysore, where I study is a lovely place,pretty sleepy as a matter of fact.The Maharaja's palace,Brindavan Gardens ,Chamundi Hills are among the places that really beautiful.Mangalore,my hometown is a vibrant place with people who are warm and enthusiastic.A Manglorean truly knows to enjoy life and live it to the fullest.St.Aloysius chapel ,(My college)is my favourite place in Mangalore and I like it more than any other beach or historical place.Kerala where I trace my roots back,is a lush green paradise with people proud of their culture and heritage.Places of interest in Kerala are innumerable,though Kovalam is my all time favourite.Hyderabad is one hell of a place!There is so much that you can do in this place ,with it.The Nawabi lifestyle,complacency to the core is the hallmark of all Hyderabadi's.Cyberabad as it is now gaining repute is thhe city of the future.

Environmental engineering is a relatively new branch,an offshoot of civil engineering.Sri jayachamarajendra college's department of environmental engineering has been awarded an A grade according to a recent appraisal.We have a highly competent staff and we now ccome under Vishveshwariah technological university,Belgaum.The syllabus and standard of the course is on par with the IIT's or the Indian Institute of Technology(5 premier institutes in India).

I love reading,my favorites being Richard Bach,Erich Segal,John Grisham,Tom Clancy,Sidney Sheldon,Vikram Seth and Arundathi Roy.Poetry and essay writing,besides dance are my favourite passtimes.I'm into quizzing and collecting intersting info about people, places and things.Philosophy enthrals me.I've studied Islam in detail ,besides sciptures of Hinduism,Buddhism.Christiantiny being my own faith is very much a part of me.I love cyber and non -cyber chatting and have the gift of gab!Debates and Elocutions never fail to catch my attention.Since I love people, I love places too and with it ,travel!Though I haven't travelled much I have seen quite a few interesting places.I read a lot of books on travel and intend to see the whole world some day!
